The Lodge

The Lodge Lancaster is a 19th century hotel and restaurant situated in Slyne-with-Hest, just 3 miles from Lancaster city centre. A family-run establishment, easily located from the M6, with distant views across to Morecombe Bay, it has been extensively renovated from a former barn to provide stylish accommodation.

There are 10 guest bedrooms, including king size, family rooms, beautifully designed superior rooms and those with improved accessibility for disabled guests. All have en suite facilities, TV and refreshments tray for making in-room tea and coffee. An optional breakfast is available to overnight guests in the morning.

The bar is well-stocked, including real ales and fine wines. The restaurant serves a range of main meals and tapas, with Sunday roasts. Afternoon tea can also be arranged and there are events held throughout the week. There is ample car parking and regular buses to the city centre and the Lake District stop outside.
