Manor Farm Guesthouse

Manor Farm Guest House is a charming late-Georgian farmhouse situated in the port of Wells-next-the-Sea. Directly on National Cycle Route 1 and close to the Peddar’s Way and North Norfolk Coast Path, friendly owners Jim and Annette provide a welcoming place to stay for walkers, cyclists or tourists visiting the area.

There are 4 guest rooms; a king room with a chair bed for accompanying children, another king room, a ground floor room with double bed and Smart TV and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite facilities, TV, DVD player and hospitality tray. Guests can also relax in the cosy seating area or outside in the garden.

A full English breakfast made from local produce is served in the morning, with options for special diets. Packed lunches can also be arranged for the day ahead if required. There is ample car parking and secure bicycle storage available. The town centre with its shops, restaurants and harbour is only 5 minutes’ walk away.
