Maynard House

Maynard House is a deceptively spacious Grade II listed townhouse situated in the heart of the traditional Norfolk seaside resort of Cromer. On a quiet narrow lane and spanning 3 floors, this is a comfortable self-catering holiday home for up to 8 people, less than 5 minutes’ walk away from the pier, esplanade and beach.

The ground floor has a living area with sofa, large dining table featuring bench seating, plus an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer and breakfast table / chairs. The first floor offers a spacious lounge with sea views from the bay window, sofas, armchairs and a TV. There is also a double bedroom with a washbasin.

The top floor has another double bedroom, a twin room and bedroom with bunk beds. An additional bedroom with bunk beds can be added if required and there are 2 bathrooms on the middle floor. Dogs are allowed on the ground floor of the house only. There are places to eat close by and the railway station is a 10-minute walk.
