Meadow House Bed & Breakfast

Meadow House Bed and Breakfast is a delightful brick and flint house situated in the small village of Harpley, midway between King’s Lynn and Fakenham. Easily located off the A148 for routes onto the North Norfolk coast and surrounded by panoramic views across the open countryside, it is perfect for a short break or holiday base.

There are 2 guest bedrooms. Both can be arranged with a king size or twin beds as required, and feature brand new private bathroom facilities, a TV, Wifi access, a radio, hairdryer, fridge and refreshments tray. Children over 12 are happily accommodated. Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge or out in the beautiful garden area.

After a sound night’s sleep, a delicious breakfast is served in the morning, freshly cooked with locally-sourced ingredients. There is on-site parking provided and many walking routes close by, including the Peddar’s Way footpath. The Rose and Crown pub in the village serves a food menu and selection of drinks including local ales.
