Ocean Breaks

Ocean Breaks offer a collection of luxurious holiday cottages in locations within the North Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Each one providing unique attributes, the cottages have been lovingly and sensitively renovated from traditional country properties and are ideally based for couples, families or groups.

There are 3 properties in the village of Holme-next-the Sea. The Old Smithy sleeps 2, with a large open plan living space and a sleeping area upstairs. Hope Cottage is an early 16th century property for 2, with a vaulted ceiling and double bed in the attic bedroom. It is believed to be the oldest property located on the historic Peddars Way. Lavender Cottage is a spacious barn conversion with a Visit England 5-Star Gold rating, sleeping 14 in 6 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with en suite wet room. There is also an open plan living area.

The Gables is located in the village of Thornham, just to the east. This is a Visit England 5-Star Gold rated cottage sleeping up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 reception rooms. All of the Ocean Breaks properties are fully-equipped for self-catering holidays, featuring all the modern comforts. In addition, ‘The Soggy Dollar Beach Hut’ is situated on Old Hunstanton Beach and available for hire, to guests staying in any of the Ocean Breaks Norfolk properties.
