Broadwater Cottage

Broadwater Cottage is a charming self-catering holiday home in the pretty village of Holme-next-the-Sea on the north-west coast of Norfolk. Visit England 4-Star rated and both family and pet-friendly, the house is close to the Peddlers Way National Trail and a 10-minute walk from the golf course and coast path.

Accommodating 7 guests, there is a double bedroom, plus a twin and a family room with bunk beds sleeping 3 people. Guests will also find a spacious lounge with woodburning stove, TV, sofas and armchairs, plus a conservatory dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and an outside utility room with extra WC.

The garden has a lawn, patio, barbeque and a summer house with comfortable seating and a TV. Wifi is available throughout the house and in the summer house, and there is car parking for 4 cars, plus a garage. There is a local pub serving good food and drink just along the road if you wish to eat out.
