Chimneys Hotel

Chimneys Hotel is situated along the coast in Blackhall on the North Sea coast of County Durham, near Hartlepool. Once the site of a former colliery village built in 1925 as a meeting place and bar for miners, today guests can enjoy comfortable guest rooms, great food and a garden, just a short walk from the sandy beach.

There are 8 en suite bedrooms with TV, free Wifi and hospitality tray. Guests can also relax in the lounge or outside in the garden and enjoy a drink from the bar. A delicious breakfast is available to overnight guests and the restaurant is open to both resident and non-residents serving a menu of home cooked fayre.

Car parking is available and regular local bus services travelling into Hartlepool town centre and the marina leave from the main road. Peterlee is also within easy reach, providing amenities. Blackhall Park and Gardens are close by and there are many scenic walks along the coast and at Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve nearby.
