The Art Deco House

A unique holiday home along a cliff top in the seaside town of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight, The Art Deco House UK, otherwise known as The Marine Villa, is a luxurious Visit England 5-Star Gold Award rated boutique self-catering holiday property. Beautifully decorated throughout, this large house features stained glass and wonderfully stylish furnishings. Guests also benefit from spacious landscaped gardens and stunning sea views from the house.

Accommodating 14 adults, plus up to 5 children, each room is a masterpiece! The drawing room has 2 seating areas with leather sofas, Sonos sound system, a TV, card table and walnut cocktail cabinet. The garden room provides additional seating and French doors opening out onto the garden. The dining room has panelled walls and a large table seating up to 18 people, plus there is an equipped kitchen with 3 ovens and a breakfast table.

There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, including a master suite with king size bed and lounge area, and an accessible bedroom with en suite wet room on the ground floor with an M1 and M2 grading for wheelchair users / guests with disabilities. Outside the house, the gardens cover three quarters of an acre and boast a large pond, al fresco dining area and a secure shed for the storage of bikes and equipment.
