Little Upton Barn

Little Upton Barns are 3 beautiful barn conversions providing self-catering holiday accommodation nestled on a family-run rescue farm, 2 miles outside the coastal town of Ryde. Surrounded by open countryside, a short drive to the sandy beaches, guests can also meet the resident animals including alpacas, miniature pigs and donkeys.

Tithe Barn and Old Barn both sleep 6 people in 3 en suite bedrooms. These properties have an adjoining door which can be unlocked if booked together. The Cote is nestled in a private walled garden and sleeps 4 guests in 2 en suite bedrooms. All of the barns can be exclusively hired for groups of up to 16 guests.

Each barn features an open plan living space and fully-equipped farmhouse kitchen. There is also a private seating area outside with a barbeque. The shared lawn includes picnic benches and there is plenty of parking, with an EV charging point. Visitors enjoy valley views towards Culver and Ashey Downs, with glimpses of the sea.

Little Upton Farm is only 5 minutes by car from the town centre of Ryde with its award-winning beach, marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling greens and selection of restaurants, pubs, cafés and independent shops. There is also 10-pin bowling, traditional amusements and a cinema.
