Kings Manor Farm offers 5 unique and well-equipped self-catering holiday cottages, sleeping from 4 up to 12 guests, situated along the Yar Estuary, between Yarmouth and Freshwater in West Wight. A family-owned farming estate established for over 40 years, the owners are committed to preserving the habitats of the local flora and fauna. Guests will discover a quiet, scenic setting for a wonderful holiday break on the Isle of Wight.

Kings Lodge (benefitting from an outdoor pool), Kings Orchard, Estuary Cottage and the wheelchair accessible The Old Farm Shop with a hot tub, are located within the farm grounds and Kings Hill is a 5-minute drive away. Stabling / turn out for horses, as well as mooring or boat storage can be arranged and there is a tennis court on the farm. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at all of the properties, except Kings Hill, which is pet-free.

The nearest pub and shop are a short walk into Freshwater and nearby Yarmouth has some superb restaurants. West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the least developed part of the island, with an abundance of pretty villages, green space and eroding cliffs. The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, horse riders, sailors and families alike, and provides stunning sea views, coastal scenery and a variety of beaches.
