Sulby Reservoir Retreat

Sulby Reservoir Retreats are 3 unique holiday homes situated on Park Farm, which is run by Ian, Sylvia and family, on the site of the ancient village of Sulby, close to the Northampton / Leicestershire border. This 96-hectare farm is split by the reservoir, which is used as a water supply for part of the Grand Union Canal. Each retreat is powered by sustainable energy, with underfloor heating, free Wifi, an equipped kitchen, outside seating area and wood fired hot tub.

Hare’s Folly is a large 2-storey timber lodge sleeping 6 guests featuring a double bedroom, twin room, snug area (with a sofa bed) which can be used as an additional sitting room or double bedroom, plus a decking area and balcony overlooking the water. Owl’s Rest is a timber cabin all on ground floor level, featuring a double and a twin room; with a private wood fired sauna hut and hot tub outside. Pitcher’s Barn is a 1-bedroom brick-built barn conversion for 2 people, with a downstairs open plan living area and a double bed under the eaves in the gallery bedroom upstairs.
