Walton Thorns Farm Holiday Cottages

Walton Thorns Farm Holiday Cottages are 3 self-catering properties for adults, located on a working arable farm near Six Hills, between Leicester, Loughborough and Melton Mowbray. In a rural setting, the area provides walks, cycling and attractions such as the King Richard III Visitor Centre and Great Central Railway heritage line.

All of the cottages have been sensitively converted from former farm buildings to provide modern amenities including Wifi, a TV with Freeview channels, open plan living area, dining table / chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine / tumble dryer. There is also a patio area outside.

The Old Hay Barn sleeps 2 in an en suite king bedded room, whilst The Shire Cottage is perfect for 2 couples, with 2 king size en suite rooms. The Dairy Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 twin bedrooms with a house shower room and additional WC. There is on-site parking and guests can also take a guided tour of our vintage tractor collection.
