Upper Rectory Farm Cottages

Upper Rectory Farm Cottages are a collection of beautifully-converted former farm buildings offering Visit England 4 and 5-Star Gold rated accommodation. Located a mile outside the picturesque village of Appleby Magna and surrounded by beautiful countryside, this working arable farm provides a backdrop of 200 acres of cornfields, on the edge of the National Forest.

The original granaries, stabling and cowsheds were converted into holiday cottages by owners Jean and David and surround 3 pretty courtyards. There are 7 cottages, sleeping from 2 up to 8 people. Some are accessible for guests with disabilities. All have individual character and are equipped with a modern kitchen, Wifi access, outdoor seating and car parking.

The Farm Collection can be booked for family reunions, weddings or corporate events and includes accommodation for up to 22 guests in 3 of the cottages, with exclusive access to The Refractory for hosting special events.
