Nia Roo

Nia Roo is a luxurious self-catering holiday home for 5 or 6 guests, tucked away in an elevated beautiful location overlooking Loch Duich in the foothills of the Five Sisters of Kintail Mountain Ridge. A wonderfully scenic and relaxing setting, the cottage has Wifi and central heating and is wheelchair accessible throughout.

The lounge features a wood burning stove, Smart TV and Blu-Ray player, plus the large kitchen is equipped with everything required for self-catering. The sun room provides a focal point, hosting far-reaching views across the loch from the dual-aspect windows, and patio doors leading to a decked area with outdoors seating and a hot tub.

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a master en suite bedroom with its elegant hand carved 4-poster bed, a second king size bedroom with en suite facilities and a twin room. The main bathroom has a bathtub and separate walk-in shower and guests will also find a utility room with handy laundry equipment.

The cottage owners will be on hand to assist with directions, local history and information about the best places to see local wildlife, and anything else needed to make the most of a trip to the Highlands. Visits to see Highland cattle and wild deer can also be arranged. Fishing and boat trips are available in the local area.
