Kindale House

Kindale House Guest House is a traditional stone cottage situated in the Sutherland fishing village of Helmsdale. Offering Visit Scotland 4-Star rated facilities, the house is a short walk from the estuary, shops and amenities and is ideal for holidays in the Highlands and travellers following the North Coast 500 and End to End routes.

Both guest rooms are spacious and well-presented. They are equipped with en suite facilities, a TV with Freeview channels, Wifi access and a hospitality tray for making in-room tea and coffee. There is a king bedded room and a family room for up to 4 people with a double, a single and pull-out bed. Cots can be provided for families.

Room-only or bed and breakfast rates are available, where guests can enjoy options such as a full Scottish or fresh fish. Evening meals can also be arranged, with all food served made with local produce including herbs grown in the garden. There is on-street car parking and the railway station is a short hop over the river.
