Beach House Self Catering

Hosting uninterrupted views across Gruinard Bay towards the Summer Isles, in the small crofting community of Mellon Udrigle, Beach House Self-Catering is a holiday home for 8 guests. Settled along the shore, just 5 miles from the fishing village of Aultbea, it provides a fantastic setting for a family or group holiday in the Highlands.

The house is suitable for guests with disabilities. The light and airy living room has a high ceiling and 8 metres of windows, offering amazing views across the water! There is also a wood burning stove, sofas, television, a dining table and equipped kitchen. The main bathroom is downstairs and the utility room includes laundry equipment.

There are 4 bedrooms altogether (x1, double, x2 twin and x1 bunk-bedded room), including 2 rooms on the ground floor; one of which has an en suite shower room. The 2 upstairs rooms also includes one with an en suite shower. Outside there is a decking area, a lawn and car parking. Dogs are allowed by agreement.

This beachfront house provides wonderful opportunities for watching local wildlife or sea life. Enjoy regular spottings of otters, dolphins, porpoises, whales and even basking sharks. Mellon Udrigle’s safe sandy beach and private access, with no-through traffic, makes it an ideal self-catering family holiday destination.
