Mable's Cottage

A dog-friendly holiday home on the Isle of Skye in the coastal village of Uig, Mable’s Cottage is only 15 miles from the capital town of Portree and easily accessed from the A87. The house is perfectly placed for exploring the north of the island by foot, car or bike. Ideal for families of 4 or 2 couples, dogs stay free-of-charge.

Dating back to the early 1900s, Mable’s Cottage is surrounded by stunning glen views. There is a lounge with wood burning stove in the old stone fireplace, a sofa, armchairs and TV, as well as a spacious fully-fitted country-style kitchen including a dining table and larder stocked with basic supplies. There is also a utility room.

Guests will find a bedroom with a king size bed and another bedroom with a super king sized bed (or twin beds if preferred). The bathroom has a P-shaped bathtub with shower over. Wifi is available. Dog bowls, a bed and furniture covers are provided. Outside, is a third of an acre of mature gardens and parking for 3 cars.
