Edinbane Self Catering

Edinbane Self Catering is located in the north-west of the Isle of Skye and surrounded by 12 acres of croftland, with far-reaching views of Loch Greshornish. Guests are guaranteed a wonderful holiday in the 2 self-catering cottages, with weddings and elopements also accommodated! Edinbane village is 15 minutes’ walk away.

The Merman is a former byre with a carved figure of ‘The Merman’ carved in the wall. Sleeping 4, it has been sensitively modernised whilst retaining its rustic charm. The double bedroom, twin room and small bathroom are accessed by the wooden winding staircase and the open plan living room and main shower room are downstairs.

Tigh Dubh means ‘Black House’ in Gaelic and has a beautiful living area downstairs with exposed stone walls, wooden panelled walls and a beamed ceiling. Accommodating 2 to 4 guests, the main bedroom on the ground floor has a double box bed and there are also 2 single futon beds in the gallery area up a wooden ladder.

Shared facilities include a washer, dryer and deep freeze, full access to the croft, trampoline and storage facilities for bicycles and kayaks. A cot and high chair are available for families.
