Roskhill House Guest House

Dating from 1890, Roskhill House is now a guest house just 3 miles outside Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye, with stunning views across the mountains and over to Loch Vatten. Easily located off the A863 road, there is plenty of parking and a lockable small shed with a cycle stand and tools for those arriving by bicycle. Drying facilities are available for wet clothing.

Catering for guests aged 18 and over only, all of the guest bedrooms at Roskhill offer en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, a desk, free Wifi, satellite TV, hairdryer, hospitality tray for making hot drinks and a fridge with fresh milk and water. Choose from Twin, Small King, Superior and Superior Plus Rooms, with some on ground floor level.

Guests enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning from a wide menu choice, made from the finest of ingredients including local or Scottish produce where available. Options include porridge, a full cooked Scottish with tattie scone, Smoked Mallaig haddock fillet with a poached egg, and more. Packed breakfasts are available and special diets are accommodated.
