French windows open onto the garden with its own private patio area overlooking the sea. Tulip Tree is found on the first floor and sleeps 2 plus 1 plus cot. Sea Tree Cottage is a self-contained holiday cottage with sea views from the bedroom and lounge. It has a separate fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower over. The Cottage is set in a quiet position above the gardens leading down to the sea. The cottage sleeps 2 plus 1 plus cot. It has one double bedroom with double bed and extra folding bed if required. It also has a separate bathroom and fully fitted kitchen.
