The Woodman Inn

The Woodman Inn is a welcoming family-run and family-friendly restaurant with a pub and accommodation, situated in the small village of Nuthampstead, 6 miles from Royston. An enchanting place to stay, this beautiful thatched building dates back to the 17th century and is surrounded by open fields and countryside.

Both bedrooms are on ground floor level with their own private access from outside, so guests can come and go as they please. Decorated in a style that celebrates local nature, each is also equipped with a mini fridge, a well-stocked beverage tray and flexible beds that can be arranged as a king size or 2 singles.

An optional breakfast is available in the morning and all guests can enjoy delicious lunches and evening meals made from local fayre, with some ingredients home-smoked. There are also options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets and a menu for children. Outside is a garden, play area for the younger guests and parking.
