Rose and Sweet Briar Holiday Cottages

Rose and Sweet Briar Holiday Cottages are 2 ground floor self-catering holiday homes situated in the peaceful hamlet of Kersall, 8 miles north-west of Newark. Visit England 3-Star rated, the cottages are nestled in the grounds of a former farm dating back to the 18th century and surrounded by the Nottinghamshire countryside.

Both cottages have attractive décor, a comfortable lounge with electric fire, sofas, armchair and TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and dining table, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower over. Rose Cottage sleeps 2 and Sweet Briar Cottage sleeps 4. Each has its own patio area with a bench and access to the acre-and-a-half of gardens shared with the main house. There is private parking and many footpaths and cycle routes around the local area. Attractions within an easy drive include Sherwood Forest, Nottingham, Rufford Abbey, RSPB Langford Lowfields, Newark Air Museum, Newark Castle and the National Holocaust Centre and Museum.
