Avington Park Farm Cottages

Avington Park Farm Cottages are 2 luxurious family and pet-friendly holiday homes in the small Hampshire village of Avington, which is located on the banks of the River Itchen, to the north-east of Winchester and within the South Downs National Park. Guest membership to Avington Park Golf Course, providing a reduction in green fees, is included. The Barn at Avington is also available as a wedding venue.

West Cottage is a 2-bedroomed home for 3 guests, featuring a large master bedroom which can be arranged with a king or twin bed and a single room. East Cottage sleeps 7, with 2 flexible twin / king rooms and a third bedroom which can either be arranged as a king and a single or as a triple room. Both cottages can be booked together to cater for 10 to 12 guests, with space for 2 additional folding beds.

Each property features an open plan living area with a TV, DVD player, cosy log burning stove, comfortable seating, a dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and patio doors opening onto the garden. They also have a modern bathroom. The decking area between the cottages has a Dutch hot tub and there is a shared play area for children and plenty of car parking.
