The Peat Spade Inn

The Peat Spade Inn is a charming AA 4-Star rated Hampshire country pub offering great food, a friendly bar, guest room accommodation and car parking, nestled in the village of Longstock in the Test Valley, less than a mile from the town of Stockbridge and also close to the Test Way long distance footpath for walkers.

Room-only and B & B rates are available. Rooms are either in the main building or converted peat house across the courtyard garden. All are stylishly furnished and have en suite facilities, toiletries, a king or twin beds, Smart TV, free Wifi, hairdryer, coffee making machine and a hospitality tray. Families and pets can be accommodated.

Guests will find a bar serving local ales, fine wines and more, plus home cooked food that can be enjoyed inside the cosy pub or out in the garden. There is a car park and the pub is a great base for those visiting historic Winchester and Salisbury. London and the New Forest National Park are also both within an hour’s drive.
