Addenro House is a large modern detached townhouse offering serviced rooms in a residential area of Southampton. Less than a mile away from the city centre, with off-road car parking and regular local bus services stopping just outside, this accommodation is ideal for contractors, business guests or holiday travellers.

There are single, double, twin, triple, quad and family rooms for up to 5 guests. Some have en suite shower facilities and others have use of the shared bathroom. All are equipped with a TV, desk and tea / coffee tray. A communal dining area provides a microwave, fridge freezer and toasters. There is also a laundry room.

Bike storage and a smoking area is available outside the house. There are local shops and places to eat just around the corner. The city centre has many attractions for all ages and interests including Westquay for leisure and shopping; plus museums, theatres and galleries, with river cruises and ferries available from the docks.
