The Fenland Guest House

The Fenland is a Visit England 4-Star rated guest house set within a Victorian home in Southampton, within walking distance to the town centre, railway station and docks. Privately owned by friendly hosts Martin and Sue, everyone is assured of an enjoyable stay whether visiting for business or leisure purposes.

All 8 of the guest bedrooms are homely and comfortable, equipped with a TV, free Wifi, radio alarm clock and refreshment tray for making hot drinks. There are single, double, twin and family rooms, including some with en suite facilities. Ground floor bedrooms are available for those who prefer not to climb stairs.

A delicious full English or full vegetarian breakfast is included in the room tariffs and will be freshly cooked-to-order in the morning. Packed lunches for the day ahead can also be provided with prior notice. There is some off-road parking available at the guest house and regular local buses to the city centre located nearby.
