John's Barn

John’s Barn is a lovingly refurbished self-catering property set in 50 acres on the edge of the New Forest in Ower, near Romsey. Owned by horticulturalists John and Bobbie, who ran a rhododendron and azalea nursery on-site for many years, guests can expect an enjoyable visit to this holiday home surrounded by beautiful countryside.

The barn sleeps 6 guests and has been designed to ensure the maximum amount of natural light. The open plan living area has dual-aspect windows including floor-to-ceiling windows, with French doors opening to the garden. This room includes sofas, armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, multi fuel burning stove and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully-fitted with modern appliances for self-catering and features a breakfast bar. There are also 3 comfortable bedrooms including 2 doubles and a twin-bedded room, as well as 2 bath / shower rooms. Outside, the barn has a lawned garden, a patio with table and chairs and ample off-road guest car parking.
