28 The Avenue is a modern home offering excellent self-catering accommodation in Gosport on the south coast of Hampshire. Close to the beaches and convenient for the docks and marina around Portsmouth Harbour, it provides comfortable accommodation for a holiday with family or friends.

The house sleeps 5 or 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a TV and seating in the living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and central heating throughout. Outside the house, there is a secluded garden at the rear and a long driveway at the front with space for 2 or 3 cars / a boat trailer.

Just across the harbour from Portsmouth, Gosport offers things to do for all interests, including sandy south-facing beaches with views of the Isle of Wight and The Solent, water sports, a leisure park, naval heritage and museums. The Alver Valley offers good cycling and a range of walks and trails.
