Wayside

Wayside is a modern, purpose-built annexe providing Visit England 4-Star Gold rated accommodation for up to 4 guests in the village of Godshill, down a private narrow track on the edge of the beautiful New Forest in the Avon Valley. Owners Phil and Eileen live in the main house and provide a warm welcome.

Downstairs is a lounge with leather sofas, TV, DVD player, electric fire, dining table and patio doors opening to the decking area, plus an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a twin room (which can also be arranged as a double) and shower room.

The annexe has central heating and Wifi throughout. A special celebration pack can be provided if required. The house also has its own garden with a lawn, barbeque area and seating on the decking. A dedicated parking space is available and facilities for charging electric vehicles can be arranged with prior agreement.
