Shepherds Spring Cottages and East Mills Island

Shepherds Spring Cottages are AA 4-Star rated self-catering cottages situated in the grounds of East Mills Manor on the outskirts of Fordingbridge. Dating back to the 18th century, the cottages are nestled along the banks of the River Avon and provide a peaceful haven. Dog-friendly, there is also stabling and livery for horses.

There are 2 cottages in the gated courtyard, sleeping 5 or 6 guests. The Maisonette is a short walk away, sleeping 6. All properties are furnished to a high standard and include Wifi, central heating, an equipped kitchen, modern bath / shower room, parking, bike storage and access to the shared gardens with picnic table and BBQ.

In addition, there are also eco-friendly unique homes exclusively for adults, located on the island in the river and sleeping 10 and 8 guests, or 18 when exclusively booked. As well as these, there is a games room and The Lab (a space for hire with a large commercial kitchen), suitable for gatherings and wedding receptions.
