Hollybank House

Hollybank House is a grand country property providing bed and breakfast accommodation in the small Hampshire town of Emsworth, between Portsmouth and Chichester. Built in the Georgian era and surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, the house is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay for tourists or travellers catching ferries to the continent.

All 4 guest rooms are elegantly furnished and provide views of the garden or harbour. The Green Room is a spacious room for 2 or 3, with dual-aspect windows, a king size bed, single bed and room for an additional child’s bed. There is also a king size room and 2 rooms which can be arranged a super king size or twin beds. All have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, TV, Wifi, a hairdryer and hospitality tray for making tea and coffee.

An Aga-cooked breakfast is served around the large table in the beautiful dining room in the morning, made with locally-produced sausage, plus eggs from our own hens. Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs or a continental-style breakfast is also available if preferred. In summer, the south-facing terrace is a popular option for an al fresco breakfast. Guests are also more than welcome to enjoy the gardens during their visit.
