Neatham Barn Self Catering Accommodation provides a beautiful holiday home for 4 guests situated in the hamlet of Neatham, near Alton in Hampshire. Nestled within the grounds of the main cottage, where owners Alastair and Liz live, visitors receive a warm welcome on their arrival. This charming oak-framed property is set on a quiet country lane and easily located of the A31 road.

The ground floor has a large open plan living area with sofa, wall-mounted TV, music system, dining table and equipped kitchen with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Upstairs, the light and airy converted attic has a king size bed which can be arranged as 2 singles if preferred and there is an en suite shower room, desk and door opening onto a set of steps leading down to the garden.

Outside is a large lawned area and a tennis court, shared with the main cottage. There is also off-road car parking and dogs are allowed with prior permission. Holybourne village shop, post office and The White Hart Pub is within about 10 minutes’ walk. Alton is a bustling market town with plenty of shops and amenities and the South Downs National Park is on the doorstep, just to the south.
