Hall Farm Cottages

Hall Farm Cottages are a collection of 9 beautiful self-catering cottages and a glamping site situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Offering a quiet and scenic rural location between the villages of Horning and Ludham, and also mid-way between Norwich and the east Norfolk coast, they are an ideal base for exploring East Anglia. River and lake fishing is available on-site. Well-behaved dogs are allowed in all cottages and in The Loft.

Each cottage is unique, with all except The Loft offering improved access for guests with disabilities and wheelchair users and at least one en suite bedroom downstairs. All have a well-equipped kitchen, Wifi and modern bath / shower room. The Loft is a cosy first floor apartment for 2 with scenic views across the Bure Valley. There are also cottages for 4, 6 or 7 guests, including Ramblers Cottage with its own hot tub.

Multiple cottages can be booked together for extended families, group holidays or team building events. The accommodation can also be exclusively booked for weddings. In addition, there are cosy bell tents sleeping up to 4, with a double bed and 2 camp beds, for those who enjoy a glamping experience. Each tent also has its own shower and WC.
