The accommodation is all on ground floor level. There is an open plan living area with comfortable seating and a wall mounted TV, as well as an equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The bedrooms comprise a double and a twin room. Guests will also find a modern shower room.

Outside is a small walled courtyard and off-road parking. There is a farm shop, gallery and café on the doorstep, with Walsingham Abbey providing scenic walks around the grounds and the old ruins. Blakeney Point is only 4 miles away where you can go on seal-spotting tours.
