All on ground floor level, with level access from the car park, a disabled parking space and grab rails in the wet room, this cottage is suitable for the elderly or guests with disabilities, including wheelchair users. Sleeping 1 to 4 people, there is an open plan living area with a double futon sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining table, kitchenette with washing machine and French doors opening out to the patio, plus a double bedroom and a wet room.

Underfloor central heating from an air source heat pump and Wifi is available throughout the house. Outside, there is a patio and enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbeque. The Finnish sauna is available for guests to use and there is also a paddock adjacent to the grounds for dog walks or for children to let off steam.
