The King William IV Country Inn & Restaurant

The King William IV Country Inn and Restaurant is a multi-award-winning 19th century inn situated in the Norfolk village of Sedgeford, 4 miles from Hunstanton and close to the beaches and lavender fields of Heacham. The inn has been awarded a Visit England 4-Star Silver rating and Breakfast Award, and also has an AA 4-Star rating. There is a car park and walkers and cyclists are very welcome.

The 9 bedrooms provide an attractive and comfortable place to stay, with the exposed wooden beams adding to their charm. There are super king and twin rooms, each having an en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, complimentary toiletries, TV, Wifi access, seating and a hospitality tray. Two of the bedrooms allow dogs. A delicious breakfast is served to overnight guests in the morning.

There is a traditional bar with real ales and a crackling log fire and several restaurant areas. The King William offers an extensive choice on the à la carte menu, as well as tasty specials and seasonal delicacies including fresh crab, steaming mussels and crusty bread or the popular Snettisham Park venison. Our menu celebrates great pub classics, with lighter bites and a range of vegetarian options.
