Orchard Park Caravan and Camping is an AA 3-Pennant Gold and David Bellamy Conservation awarded campsite situated on the outskirts of the market town of Tuxford. Easily accessed from the A1 road and surrounded by open fields, it provides a scenic rural setting for stopovers, short breaks and holidays in Nottinghamshire.
The site is nestled amongst a mature fruit orchard, including an area designated for adults only. Touring caravans, small / medium motorhomes, trailer tents and tents are accommodated. The amenities block has showers, toilets and disabled facilities, with a laundry room and fridge freezer also provided. Dogs are welcome.
Guests can explore the orchard with its carved animals and younger guests will enjoy the play trail. Groceries can be bought from reception and there are shops, pubs and restaurants in Tuxford. Attractions within a short drive include Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park and Rufford Abbey. For children there are farm parks and wildlife attractions.
