Carlton Manor

Carlton Manor Caravan Park is a small, friendly no-frills camping and touring site situated in the Nottinghamshire village of Carlton-on-Trent. Easily located off the A1 road, for those passing through, and also ideal for holiday stays in the area, hikers and cyclists are welcome, and there is an inn just opposite serving food and drink.

The site accommodates tents, touring caravans, small campervans and motorhomes, with electric hook-up available. There are toilets, showers and an Elsan point. The mainline railway track passes the site for train enthusiasts and the nearest convenience store can be found in Sutton-on-Trent just over a mile away.

There are lots of opportunities for relaxing walks and cycling in and around the local area, with fishing sites and nature reserves too. Newark Showground offers exhibitions and events, with Newark Castle, the Air Museum and National Trust-owned Workhouse at Southwell providing interesting visits out for the whole family.
