Highway Farm

A traditional English B & B offering warm and welcoming accommodation, Highway Farm is perfect for romantic breaks, short trips and family holidays alike. In a convenient location, close to Bridport and the famous South-West Coastal Path National Trail, we are right in the heart of Dorset with our own two lakes filled with roach, rudd, carp and goldfish should you fancy a spot of angling! There is ample parking on-site and we are accredited by Visit England and have a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

Our 4 en-suite guest rooms, including a ground-floor room, have king-size beds, TVs, Wifi, hospitality trays with fresh milk for making hot drinks, a hairdryer, fluffy linen, seating and stunning views. We also have Ganders Cottage for B and B in the wintertime which is very private. We will bring your cooked breakfast to the cottage or join us in the farmhouse. We serve a sumptuous breakfast cooked on our farmhouse Aga with local eggs, bacon and sausages, home-baked bread and marmalade. We are happy to cater for special diets wherever needed.

Highway Farm is located on the south side of the A35 between the West Bay roundabout and Chideock. Bridport town is famous for its rope and net-making trade, vibrant street markets and a great range of shops and eateries. A short drive away on the coast is West Bay, recently been made famous by the TV programme Broadchurch, excellent for walking and exploring its little shops and antique spots. The Dorset coast is just amazing, with golden sandy beaches, crystal-clear water and so much to explore.
