Rhyd y Galen Caravan and Camping Park

Rhyd y Galen Caravan and Camping Park in Bethel, near Caernarfon, is a Visit Wales 4-Star rated site close to the Wales Coast Path, with stunning views across to mountain peaks. Tourers, tents, trailer tents, folding campers, motorhomes and campervans are welcome, plus there is a shepherd’s hut to let. Set in 22 acres, the site is peaceful, yet easily accessible and close to many local attractions.

The camping area is lit with low level LED lighting and has an on-site warden. There are grass, hardstanding and serviced pitches, with water and drainage provided. Dogs are allowed. Electric hook-up (16-amp) is also available. The shepherd’s hut features a double sofa bed, WC, sink, wood burning stove, gas stove, dining table and kettle. There is also a firepit and BBQ outside.

The well-maintained shower and toilet block includes disabled facilities and there is also free Wifi access, a laundry room, dishwashing area, electric vehicle charger; plus table tennis, table football, skittles and a pool table.
