Penlon Caravan & Camping

Penlon Caravan and Camping Park is a small site situated near the village of Trefor on the north coast of the Llŷn Peninsula in Gwynedd, Wales. Touring caravans, motorhomes, camper vans and tents can all pitch in the camping field, with a choice of electric and non-electric pitches available. The site has a utility block with toilets, showers and laundry facilities.

Visitors will find a post office, convenience store and a pub in Trefor, 20 minutes’ walk or a short drive away. Trefor is 9 miles north of Pwllheli and 13 miles south of Caernarfon, overlooking Caernarfon Bay. Located just off the main A499 road, the village has a small harbour and a beach with some sand. Visitors can surf the other side of the harbour wall. Ideally placed for visiting many historical sites and walking routes, there is also Glasfryn Parc nearby, offering exhilarating sports including wake boarding, go-kart racing, archery and paddleboarding. Snowdonia National Park is also within easy reach by car.
