Cwmrhwyddfor Caravan and Camping Park is a friendly, family-owned site situated on a working farm in the Tal-y-Llyn valley, near Dolgellau. In the southern part of Snowdonia National Park and a mile-and-a-half from Lake Mwyngil, the site is perfectly placed for those who enjoy a range of outdoor activities.
In a beautiful setting at the foot of Cadair Idris, the site accepts tents, touring caravans and motorhomes, with seasonal pitches available. The park has well-maintained clean toilets, hot showers, razor points and a chemical disposal point. Campfires are permitted. Families and on-lead dogs are welcome.
This farm site is situated on the A487 Dolgellau to Machynlleth road. There are places to visit in the local area include Dol Idris Park, King Arthur’s Labyrinth and Corris Craft Centre. The seaside resort of Tywyn, on the Cardigan Bay coast, is also only 12 miles away.
