Parc Cwm Darran Country Park offers a small secluded campsite with 30 pitches within the picturesque Darran Valley near the town of Bargoed in the Rhymney Valley of South Wales. This well-presented site is located near the Visitor Centre and offers 20 electrical hook-up pitches and 10 non-electric pitches.
The site is suitable for caravans, motor homes and tents, operating between 1st April and 30th September. Facilities include showers, toilets and a kitchen area. Tariffs vary depending on the size of tent or caravan and whether an electrical hook-up is required. There is a maximum stay of 14 nights.
A discount is available to Caravan Club members and rallies are considered. Please call to discuss requirements and to see if we have any special offers available. As well as our main campsite, we have a separate field for the use of Scouts and other groups such as Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme expedition participants.
