Magnolia Lodge offers luxury self-catering accommodation set within a 10-acre smallholding, only 1 mile from the market town of Newton Abbot. The accommodation is both modern and well-appointed, and sleeps up to 5 people plus a cot. It is all on ground floor level. The large lounge / diner has a log-burner, leather sofas (sofa-bed), oak dining furniture, Sky TV and double doors leading out onto the patio area. The fully-equipped kitchen has a range cooker and built-in appliances including a dishwasher and washer / dryer. The master bedroom has an en-suite, and the second bedroom can be a super king-size or 2 twin beds by request. There are 2 modern bathrooms. The garden is perfect for summer evenings and we provide a range of outdoor toys for children. There is Wifi available throughout the property and a free parking space. We offer cooked meals by arrangement, and we are also dog-friendly. There is storage of bikes and surf boards, and in the shed we have buckets, spades, fishing nets and crab lines for guest use.

Magnolia Lodge is close to lots of wonderful amenities and attractions in South Devon. Stover Country Park and Stover Gold Club are very close and offer a great day out. Dartmoor National Park is famous for its landscape of amazing scenery including its famous granite tors, woodlands and open moorland with a diverse range of flora and fauna. The town of Newton Abbot is renowned for its markets and famous racecourse.
