Ash Lawn Cottage Bed and Breakfast

Ash Lawn Cottage is a lovely rural bed and breakfast, located 2 miles from the seaside resort of Dawlish in Devon. You will receive the warmest of welcomes from your hosts Andy and Shirley who pride themselves on providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest. There is a peaceful garden, sea views (the cottage overlooks Lyme Bay) and free parking available. The beach is only 12 minutes walk, and we are situated near the famous South-West Coastal Path.

We have en-suite double and adjoining twin rooms, with TV, Wifi and a hospitality tray for making tea and coffee, as well as a hairdryer. We are proud to have won an Enjoy England Breakfast Award. This award recognises breakfasts which exceed guest expectations at each star rating by rewarding excellent range, presentation, quality of ingredients and service. Our Full English is a perfect way to start your day, and we are happy to cater for differing dietary requirements.

Dawlish is a beautiful seaside town, home to our famous local black swans. There are various tea rooms, local shops, pubs, restaurants and a theatre to enjoy in the town. Dawlish boasts a superb beach, picturesque coastline and a pretty coastal railway. Paignton, Dartmoor, Teignmouth and Exmouth are all easily accessible by car. Frequent buses and mainline trains also go to Exeter, Torquay and Newton Abbot.
