The Cwtch

The Cwtch is a unique self-catering cottage situated within the beautiful Clwydian Range, in the village of Cilcain, between Mold and Denbigh. Cleverly renovated from an old joiner’s workshop and village stores to now provide a stylish holiday home for 4 guests, it is ideally placed for visitors exploring this stunning area of Wales.

Inside, the lounge area with its high ceiling has comfortable seating, multi-fuel burning stove and dining table / chairs, with a staircase leading to the double bedroom in the mezzanine area. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, another double bedroom and a bathroom. The cottage has private car parking.

The village inn is a short walk away and serves food. There are many scenic hiking trails nearby including to Devil’s Gorge in Loggerheads Country Park and up to Moel Famau. Mold is a market town with many independent and high street shops, places to eat, pubs, a museum, the Theatr Clwyd and a golf course.
