Sea Lawn Lodge in Dawlish offers a relaxing home-from-home holiday experience, and is proud to be an Enjoy England accredited 3-Star guest house. Your hosts Val and Gerry offer modern accommodation in their Victorian home which overlooks the sea. In a fantastic location, Sea Lawn is just 15 minutes walk from the town centre and railway station. We boast a garden area for guests (with a smoking area) and plenty of safe parking. We are also happy to be dog-friendly.

Our rooms are clean, airy and have comfortable, sumptuous beds with crisp, high-quality linen. All rooms have a wash basin, Freeview TV, Wifi and tea and coffee-making facilities for your comfort. Our light and airy breakfast room is the setting for your first meal of the day. We have a range of delicious options including The Full English, and we are happy to cater for special dietary needs.

Dawlish is a beautiful seaside town, home to the famous local black swans. There are various tea rooms, local shops, pubs, restaurants and a theatre to enjoy in the town. Dawlish boasts a superb beach, picturesque coastline and a pretty coastal railway. Paignton, Dartmoor, Teignmouth and Exmouth are all easily accessible by car. Frequent buses and mainline trains also go to Exeter, Torquay and Newton Abbot.
