The Beaufort Hotel

The Beaufort Hotel is a 16th century former coaching inn and the oldest trading hotel in South Wales. Located in Chepstow, the hotel has been sensitively modernised to retain its original charming features. As well as guest rooms, there is a restaurant, lounge bar, banqueting suite and a car park with an electric car charging point.

Bedrooms offer an elegant mix of classic and contemporary décor. Some have characterful original oak beams spanning the ceiling. All have en suite facilities, Wifi access and either twin or double beds. Although there is no lift due to the age of the building, there are ground floor rooms. Breakfast and half board rates are available.

The restaurant has an excellent à la carte menu and the bar serves a wide selection of drinks, including local ales, and also serves bar meals.
