Penny Steps is a superb bed and breakfast in Brixham, situated adjacent to the marina and boasting breathtaking views across Torbay. Family-run by hosts Emma and John, you are assured of high-quality accommodation and excellent service. There is free parking available close to the B&B. Our guest rooms have been recently refurbished and are light, airy and comfortable; Top is a double seaview suite, Bay is a double seaview room, Shrek is a single seaview room, Studio is a twin without bay views and Rock is a double with bathroom. All have a Freeview TV, Wifi, hospitality tray, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Ironing facilities are available. We serve fantastic breakfasts with everything you could wish for; a selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and the full English with toast; all served with a smile in our lovely breakfast room!

Brixham is a fishing town in the Torbay area. The harbour has a large fishing fleet and a thriving fish market and the town is full of winding narrow streets and pretty cottages, shops, galleries and places to eat and drink. Brixhams shingle beaches are popular for rock pooling and crabbing and nearby are the sandy beaches of Paignton, Broadsands and Goodrington. Visit Berry Head Country Park or Shoalstone seawater pool. Many indulge in a spot of fishing or crabbing, and watersports are also popular. There are local wreck diving opportunities at Breakwater Beach, or get your walking boots on and head for the South-West Coastal Path.
