Newfield Cottage

Newfield Cottage is a traditional detached holiday home located at the north-eastern corner of the Cairngorms National Park, near Tomintoul. Situated on the Glenlivet Estate, famous for its malt whisky distilleries, stunning scenery and outdoors activities, this cottage provides a comfortable self-catering holiday home for up to 6 people. Surrounded by open countryside, it is ideal for walking and cycling retreats.

Inside, there is a large lounge with triple-aspect windows offering panoramic views of the heather-covered mountains. Equipped with a wood burning stove in the old traditional fireplace, as well as sofas, TV and French doors to the garden, it is the ideal place for everyone to socialise and relax. The kitchen / diner is fully-equipped with an Aga-style stove, modern cooker, dishwasher and dining table / chairs.

The bedrooms include a flexible twin / double room downstairs and a master bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a P-shaped bathtub with shower over. Outside the house, the garden has a large lawned area and a patio with a dining table. There is parking for 3 cars, plus a lockable shed and a bike repair stand.
